Qld: Ferguson to remain free despite extradition plea
Child sex predator DENNIS FERGUSON will remain a free man in Queensland, despite callsby opposition parties to have him extradited to New South Wales on kidnapping charges.
FERGUSON served 15 years in jail in Queensland for sexually abusing three childrenin a Brisbane hotel in 1987 after taking them on holiday from New South Wales.
He was released amid much controversy yesterday after a court hearing was told thisweek he remains a substantial risk to children.
